Our brief was to design and make display cabinets and two window boxes for this refurbishment for Silver Seagul in the Jewellery Quarter in Birmingham.
The cabinets are fitted with LED strip lights giving a warm light that will highlight the 22 carat gold, rubies and Burmese jade.
The window boxes butt up to the existing window frames and create a new display area for inside and outside the shop.
We were limited on what we could do with the window display fittings as we were not allowed to alter the structure. Our solution was two cabinets with glass doors fitted into the window openings. This allows natural daylight in and also allows potential customers to see the interior.
